International Sample Policy
The following is IFC Solutions’ policy for sending samples of our products to locations outside of the United States.
Standard size samples of our products are supplied free of charge to qualified businesses and shipped anywhere within the continental United States at no cost via United Parcel Service (UPS), regular “Ground” service.
For prospective Distributors, Brokers or customers located outside of the continental United States, the samples are still supplied free of charge, but the freight costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
There are three ways of receiving samples if you are located outside of the United States:
1) Supply us with a ship-to address within the continental United States that we can send the samples to via UPS.
An appropriate phone number at that address would be required should UPS have difficulty making the delivery. Sorry, we cannot send packages to a post office box.
2) Supply us with the name of a Freight Forwarder or courier service that you do business with in the United States.
If you have an account with FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, etc. and want to use them to transport the samples, you would need to make arrangements with your local office of that firm and they will contact their office closest to International Foodcraft to arrange for pick-up. All freight charges would be billed directly to your company by your courier.
3) Pre-pay the transportation costs and we will handle the transportation.
With this method, we will obtain a freight quote from an appropriate courier service and email the quote to you along with our wire transfer information. If the amount is acceptable, upon our receipt of funds via wire transfer United States Dollars (USD$), we will send out the samples. We also accept payment by Visa and MasterCard (sorry, we do not accept American Express).
With all three options, the samples themselves are free of charge. It is only the costs that are associated with sending the samples outside of the continental United States that we request that you to handle.
Please let us know which of these three options work best for you. We are most interested in getting our products in your hands so that you can evaluate them.
